Most of my experience is with early-stage products. I work directly with founders, product managers and developers, often as the only designer. That means getting to know an unfamiliar business, figuring out what is worth building, and staying with it through the interface and interactions.
I’ve worked on coaching software, financial products, legal tools and an app for a smart garden. Different subjects, plenty of questions.

I started in architecture. Then an interest in animation led me to Flash, and Flash led me to the web. In 2006, I made an animation using a render from Archicad. I kept following the animation part.
Websites and visual identities eventually gave way to digital products. Around 2012, I helped build Bitcoin365. Later came DasCoin, a wallet and an exchange, and a much closer working relationship with developers. By then, product design had become the work I wanted to focus on.

One of my favourite parts of working at EvolveWell was our twice-weekly breathwork and meditation sessions. In May 2025, we took that routine to Joshua Tree for a week, mixing product work with walks and meditation in the desert. A slightly different setting for a product meeting.
